Chicken Stew

I'm attempting to become healthier and this is an attempt at better lunches - Moroccan Chicken Stew with minor changes to the recipe to make life easier (like not grinding spices).  I used a sweet potato instead of white potatoes and just used a bit of oil to cook the onions.

It's still steaming because I just turned off the heat.  I cooked some brown rice to go with it.  Now the naturopath should be happy with this except that I won't be getting to bed earlier tonight because of it.

    I love brown rice. I had it today with steamed fish and veggies. I avoid anything white - rice, bread or potato :-)

  3. Healthy and it looks delicious too. I like the steam rising in the pic. You can tell it's piping hot.
